Dancer Pose Yoga. Hold the strap overhead with both hands (or rest the strap on your right shoulder and hold it only with your right hand). Bend your right knee, and place a yoga strap over the top of your right foot.
Exhale and stretch the right leg up and back, lifting the toes as high as is comfortable.
It helps to develop both endurance, strength, flexibility, and agility at the same time.
Pose type: Standing Balance , Backbend. It can boost energy and fight fatigue, and help build confidence and empowerment. This is a sequence for the practice of Natarajasana (Dancer Pose) as the peak pose, with many beginner and intermediate level standing yoga poses that focus on stretching both sides of the spine.
